TSU Faculty of Law, in collaboration with Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, welcomed German expert Benedikt Speer from October 22-28, 2023, as part of the ongoing grant project "Development of the Master Program Concept of Public Administration Law."
Professor Paata Turava from the Faculty of Law at TSU, along with Professor Nana Chigladze, Associate Professor Irakli Kakhidze, and Professor Levan Jackeli from the Law Faculty of Batumi Shota Rustaveli State University, actively participated in the meetings.
During the visit, expert Benedikt Speer shared his international expertise with the working group involved in developing the concept of the public administration law program. He provided insights into the unique aspects of a similar program at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, addressing the challenges associated with introducing and implementing the concept.
